Due to the delicate nature of research peptides and UAE customs regulations, peptidesuae.shop cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened or used products
- Temperature-sensitive items
- Orders held by Dubai Customs, Abu Dhabi Ports, or Sharjah Authorities
2. Limited Exceptions
We will replace items only if:
✅ Incorrect items were shipped
✅ Visible damage occurred during transit
✅ Missing items from your order

3. UAE Service Coverage
We serve all Emirates with priority support for:
- Dubai: Jebel Ali, DIFC, Al Quoz

4. Order Cancellations
- Pre-Shipment: Email cancellation requests to support@peptidesuae.shop before processing (1 business day)
- Post-Shipment: Cannot cancel orders already with Emirates Post, DHL UAE, or Aramex
5. UAE Customs Responsibility
- Buyers must verify UAE import laws (MOH Guidelines)
- No refunds for seizures by Dubai Customs or other UAE authorities
6. Non-Refundable Items

- Express shipping fees (AED 50-100)
